1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from Bitely Yours, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


2. About Bitely Yours

Bitely Yours is a scratch-made comfort snack and food service brand that prepares fresh pastries, potato bites, soups, and other menu items. We take pride in crafting food by hand; therefore, slight variations in flavor, size, or presentation may occur.


3. Allergies and Ingredients

We prepare our food in shared kitchens where common allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, shellfish) are present. While we take care to reduce cross-contact, we cannot guarantee any menu item is completely allergen-free. Customers with allergies should notify staff before ordering and consume at their own discretion.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout through approved methods (credit/debit card, digital wallets, etc.). We reserve the right to correct errors or refuse service for fraudulent or incorrect transactions.


5. Pickup, Delivery & Third-Party Platforms

Orders are to be picked up during business hours at the scheduled time. Uncollected orders after 30 minutes may be discarded for food safety reasons. For deliveries made through third-party apps (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.), Bitely Yours is not responsible for delays, damages, or missing items once the food leaves our location.


6. Intellectual Property

All photos, text, menus, and logos are property of Bitely Yours and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

Bitely Yours, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from food consumption, website use, or delivery delays. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.


8. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

Return and Refund Policy

Bitely Yours – Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 12, 2025


At Bitely Yours, we take pride in preparing every order. Because our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness and food safety.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been made or picked up.


2. Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns

If there is a problem with your order — such as missing items, incorrect products, or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
We will investigate and, if appropriate, offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the affected item
  • Store credit toward a future purchase
  • Refund to the original payment method

All resolutions are at the sole discretion of Bitely Yours management.


3. Cancellations

  • In-store orders: Cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Online/advance orders: May be canceled up to 2 hours before pickup time, subject to approval.
  • Catering orders: May be canceled up to 72 hours before scheduled delivery, subject to approval.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


4. Third-Party Delivery Orders

If your order was placed through a third-party app (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub), refund requests must be handled directly through that platform per their policies. Bitely Yours cannot issue refunds for transactions made via third-party apps.


5. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
